This Spring has seen the redesign of this site - Celtic Art & Retro-Futuristic Design - for the first time in four years. The obvious changes are visual. The site's now laid out wider, since enough of its visitors are now running their systems at least 1024 pixels wide. But there are a few other changes, too.
For the past two years I've been trying to direct my T-Shirt customers to my newer shops (Saga Shirts and the Retropolis Transit Authority) because I'm using a different vendor for my T-Shirts over there, and their quality is really second to none. With this redesign I've removed the links to the light colored shirts that I used to sell here and replaced them with prominent links to those other shops.
I know that it's been convenient for you to be able to purchase shirts along with other products right here with a unified checkout. But you're really going to get a better product at the T-Shirt sites I run elsewhere. I encourage you to visit them!
I've also removed a couple of little-used bits that I don't think you'll miss. Overall the plan has been to get rid of some old baggage and make room for the new. Um. Not new baggage, necessarily. Just new.
One of the less visible changes is that my keepsake/jewelry boxes now come from a different manufacturer. They're lined, unlike the old ones, and have a really nice hinge mechanism.
