These prints are printed with an archival quality photographic process on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Like any prints, they shouldn't be exposed to direct sunlight: but unlike less expensive prints these are rated to last over 100 years without fading.
You can order a print in either glossy, matte, or lustre finish. This is mainly a matter of personal taste.
Because these prints are made for you by a separate vendor, you can't combine a prints order with any other merchandise, and the prints will ship separately from any other items.

This began its life as a magazine illustration; but after the magazine was published I went back, made some changes, and re-rendered it at a much higher resolution for use as a print. As always with these images I did considerable overpainting in Photoshop once the rendering was done, and it combines several (um, maybe three) rendered layers that are composited together.
It looks as though we won’t be immune to the common cold even in the world of yesterday’s tomorrows; but our friend Aelectro Monica will probably be just fine in a couple of days, thanks to the sage advice of Rusty and the note-taking doctor.
