This is a panoramic, retro-futuristic science fiction vision I've named after Nat Gonella's* tune "It's a Pair of Wings for Me" (1940).

The open cockpit roadster rockets and art deco industrial architecture are all part of a sort of Buck Rogers era "Future That Never Was" that I've been developing in most of my recent work. This is a 10,000 pixel wide 3D rendering that took longer than anyone would believe to render.

The print is a limited run reproduction of my digital painting. Its resolution is 300 DPI at a full size of 35 by 13 inches. There's a narrow border on the sides all around the image area. You can frame the print as is or matte it, if you like, to a different (standard) shape.

*Nat Gonella was a British dance band leader whose two bands (the Georgians and the New Georgians) were popular in Britain during the 1930's and 1940's. I was introduced to his music through the soundtrack for Dennis Potter's "Pennies from Heaven". There are several excellent compilation CDs available which showcase Nat's trumpet, vocals, and terrific bands.
